What I'm Doing Now

Update: 2025/02/01 - I left the community after an intense 1,400 hours / 37,000+ / 50+ Projects carried out in it. The opportunity for voluntary, leading without a title was a priceless experience. The immersion and growth was amazing, and people still graciously offer honest feedback and encouragement that I keep compiling here.
I'm now focusing more on my career, paid projects (recently got my first sponsored interview opportunity on my entrepreneurship podcast!), health habits, and other ways to impact people positively.
Partially inspired by Derek Sivers' Quitting Something You Love blog post.
"I still love everything I quit. But not as much as I love all this room for change."
Recently Finished Helping an online community of ~15,000 People
Easily the most fulfilling thing I've ever done! Still processing why I loved it so much.
Feels like I've grown more in the last 3 months than the prior 3 years before that.
I owe who I am today to the community for being such an amazing, supportive place that enabled me to try, fail, learn, and grow.
This website wouldn't exist if it weren't for them.
Exploring a few job opportunities.
Trying to figure out what I should specialize in over the next 10 years. Seems like customer service and customer success are both good fits.
Possibly starting my own business and doing some content creation along the way as well.
Writing also seems fulfilling.
Whatever job I accept next will shape my initial focus for a good while until I reach some success and mastery in that field.
Making this website!
Only started today, but very fascinating. It's nice to see something take shape over time.
Taking Care Of My Health & Practicing Gratitude
For a while there I couldn't get out of bed or walk without massive joint pain.
Things are much better now with medication, and I'm making efforts to exercise, eat, and sleep well to stay on a positive physical path.
I didn't realize how much I valued basic mobility until I lost it, and it felt amazing to regain it.
The level of gratitude I felt was unprecedented, and it made me realize I can practice that kind of gratitude long before I lose the things I take for granted.
Practicing Brevity
'Nuff said.
