Hi! I'm Vamsi.
This website is inspired by and in many ways copied from Derek Sivers. His website is a repository of a lifetime of knowledge and stories, and I made this website for the same reason. If you'd like to follow his instructions to make your own website, check out his post, Tech Independence.
This website will take a long while to build out and customize, but it'll become more unique over time as I tinker with things like this smol superscript css!
Feel free to poke around and explore as I add more posts and links. Expect colours, fonts and overall design style to change over time! Initially it's just a copy of Derek's style because I love it, especially the font choices and dark background.
I'll start by making a "now" page, inspired by Derek Sivers as well.
And maybe an "idea list" page for future blog posts or pages, since I tend to spawn new ideas faster than I can write or implement them. I'm trying to get better at generating lots of ideas, looking at them, and implementing only the best ones. Easier said than done for me, but worth trying!
I host a podcast about entrepreneurship. I had to go on a health hiatus for a few months, but am now getting back into it in a different, less conventional, but truer to myself way.
Surprisingly, leadership and responsibility as part of an online community turned out to be really fun and rewarding. Also stressful, but somehow the stress felt well worth it. Perhaps even a good thing.
